Windows 10 was officially released to the world by Microsoft on July 29th, 2015. This operating system has several great features and the Quick Heal home and enterprise teams have been at work to build our software’s compatibility with the OS. Quick Heal users have already been intimated and provided with the necessary update to Windows 10 and you can read about it here.

We are happy to announce that our enterprise users who come under the Seqrite brand can also now enjoy Windows 10 compatibility on their networked computers. Seqrite Endpoint Security clients have also been updated with Windows 10 compatibility (#SeqriteWin10) so that all our enterprise clients can make the most of this OS on their Windows machines. Here’s what you need to do.

Before proceeding, it is important to note that this update can only be installed on versions of Seqrite that are above version 6.0. This means that users of the following Seqrite EPS versions only can get the #SeqriteWin10 update.

• Seqrite Endpoint Security 6.1
• Seqrite Endpoint Security 6.2

The update for Windows 10 compatibility with EPS has been released on July 30th, 2015. So all that our clients need to do is ensure their virus databases are updated to today’s date and their machines will then be Windows 10 compatible. After applying this update, all further endpoint client installations will be Windows 10 compatible as well.

Also please note that the Endpoint Security servers are not compatible with Windows 10. This update is only for the clients of Seqrite Endpoint Security.
