As the novel Coronavirus continues to aggravate throughout the globe, we thought of taking the time out to diligently write to our customers and channel partners that our capabilities to protect you have stayed intact. The majority of our protection happens through automated systems, which have been working without any interruptions. Given the nature of work we do, we keep ourselves prepared for exigencies. However, in this particular case, we had to strictly follow Government directives to prioritize the health safety of our staff and collaborators.

Our offices are functional remotely but we are assuring you that working remotely hasn’t had an impact on any of our departments, and various groups – Threat researchers, Detection teams, Support groups, Development teams have continued normal operations. As a result, our products continue to provide best in class protection to our customers against cyber threats.

Quick Heal Technologies has been a cybersecurity vanguard of sorts in the last 25 years and has in place, robust mechanisms to aid its employees in seamless remote working. What this means for you is that your data is safe, irrespective of where our employees are based.

We are also aware that our esteemed customers have or are in the process of enabling a secure ‘work from home’ channel for their employees. We would like for you to engage with our support staff so that they can help and equip you to activate remote work through our specialized products built for emergency scenarios such as the COVID-19. We have also in the past, published an all-in-one best security practices guides for you to keep handy and distribute among relevant entities involved in your business.

We are committed to obeying the stringent guidelines set forward by several health departments to put the health of our employees, partners and customers first. However, we are fighting with an iron fist to achieve normal business continuity and have ourselves partnered with globally renowned vendors to leverage upon tools to facilitate better remote working. We have already drastically cut down on organizational travelling, both, domestic and international, participation in summits and conferences and are avoiding in-person meetings while replacing it with video-conferencing.

We now have in place, a cross-functional global enterprise team that is overlooking our operational efficiency across departments, round-the-clock. In these tough times, we sincerely request our customers to maintain strict cybersecurity vigilance. Already threat vectors have been rapidly emerging keeping Coronavirus as a theme. Do keep following us on our social media for the latest updates on functioning during the critical times of the novel Coronavirus.
