Boston – Global Data Security Leader Banks on Channel-Exclusive Sales Strategy Highlighted by Profit Margins of Up to 50%

Quick Heal Technologies, a leading provider of IT security solutions, today announced the North American launch of its Quick Heal Authorized Solution Provider Program, anchored by the SEQRITETM line of easy-to-implement data security solutions built exclusively for small to midsize enterprises (SME). SEQRITE addresses the market void for comprehensive, endpoint security solutions designed specifically for SMEs and is backed by 24/7 support resources that give Quick Heal and its partners a competitive edge.

Late last month Quick Heal marked its entrance in the North American IT security market, announcing the immediate availability of the SEQRITE product line in the U.S. and Canada, with all sales handled exclusively through the IT channel. The SEQRITE product line eliminates the need for SMEs to purchase separate point solutions for end-point protection, network security and mobile device management in order to thwart web and network-based attacks. With SEQRITE, SMEs gain a robust, integrated web-enabled solution that eases administration and creates time and budget savings for busy and resource-strapped IT departments.

With more than 17 million customers in 100-plus countries worldwide, Quick Heal has established the new solution provider program under the leadership of Farokh Karani, Director - North America, Sales and Channels. Prior to coming to Quick Heal, Karani held director-level positions at Kaspersky Lab USA, Cyberoam and BullGuard.

Out the gate, Karani says Quick Heal partners will be able to earn profit margins of up to 50 percent and gain immediate access to high-value rebates, generous incentives, SPIFFs, deal registration and deal protection. Two partner tiers will be offered: Gold and Silver. The company also plans to announce a channel loyalty program later this quarter.

"Having already built a successful channel partner community that is more than 15,000 members strong across Asia Pacific and EMEA, we are eager to develop quality partnerships in North America, and motivated to work in tandem with our partners to help them prosper as we do," said Karani. "With up to 50% margins at stake, our goal is to demonstrate that we mean business, and we intend to deliver on our promise of partner profitability right from the start. Also, working with Quick Heal's broad SEQRITE product line means that partners don't have to waste time trying to manage and integrate disparate solutions in order to fully protect their customers' networks."

The new partner program is already gaining early traction in the channel. "We're proud to be one of Quick Heal's first North American partners," said Zal Ewers, Director Of Business Development for TechWise Networks. "Not only do we like what we see with regard to their profit margins, rebates and incentives, but the SEQRITE product line also addresses our SME customers' most pressing needs with robust protection in a solution that's simple to install, manage and maintain. It truly meets a market need and we're looking forward to growing alongside the SEQRITE brand as we build our partnership with Quick Heal."

The SEQRITE product line offers everything an SME needs to prevent internal and external threats, attacks and malicious intents before they strike the enterprise. SEQRITE can be managed through a simple-to-use, cloud-enabled console and provides cross-platform support for Apple, Windows, iOS and Android endpoints; servers; networks/gateways; and total mobile device management. With SEQRITE, the company is targeting organizations with five to 5,000 users, and plans to place a strong focus on the state, local government and education markets.

Priced to Compete

SEQRITE is offered in competitively priced bundles and modular point solutions that are priced for SMEs, yet designed with reseller profits in mind. According to Karani, this reflects Quick Heal's commitment to not making its partners compete on pricing with major national resellers.

"We are committed to protecting the profits, margins and ongoing success of our North American channel partners, and ensuring that they are not forced to enact deep margin giveaways and discounts in order to compete effectively in the market," said Karani. "The SEQRITE product line not only makes sense for SME customers that need end-to-end Internet/network security, but also for their resellers, who can partner with us to earn the margins they deserve for the work that they put in sourcing for and supporting their clients."
