The company made some major changes to its channel policies last year which were well accepted by its corporate partner community. It has also driven enterprise product innovations on an on-going basis. It was in the list of top vendors for the past few years. However, it has consolidated itself as a leading player. This is Quick Heal’s, second consecutive win in the Enterprise Segment.

Mr. Kailash Katkar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Quick Heal said, “ We are honored to receive these awards for the Retail and Enterprise consumers year on year from CRN, it reflects and recognizes our efforts to bring the best for the channel partners. We have made a commitment to ensure that we provide partners with quality products, support and incentives to help them maximize their revenue and stand out from the competition. It also reflects the strength of our solution portfolio and demonstrates success when our partners achieve their business objectives."

First, the company maintains sanity in market operating price (MOP). The company has fixed transfer prices at each level of the channel, thus ensuring that there is no undercutting and partners at every level make assured margins. Many respondents said that Quick Heal’s pricing helped them counter strong price competition in the market.

With Quick Heal’s sustained efforts to create market for large Enterprise segment through widening the product portfolio and creating Enterprise partner program, the company stayed focused on the SMB market as well. Quick Heal’s success is largely accounted to its channel extensiveness and the hold on it. The respondents shared that Quick Heal’s channel managers were easily accessible and resolved the issues quickly in time of need.

The Partners shared that they could sell the products easily because of their quick availability, good local support, worthy margins and sanitized market operating price (MOP).

CRN’s annual Channel Champion awards are based on the results of a series of surveys conducted with top solution providers. The CRN Channel Champions survey is the largest and most extensive technology integrator market study in the industry, measuring the overall perceptions of vendor products and services by IT Solution Providers. Awards are presented to vendors based on the perception of their Channel partners in the areas of technological satisfaction, support satisfaction and financial benefits.

Recently the company launched its Enterprise Security Brand – Seqrite to diversify its product and service offerings and cater to the ever increasing demands of the Enterprise, government and academic security segments.
