The company has fixed transfer prices at each level of the channel, thus ensuring that there is no undercutting and partners at every level make assured margins. Many respondents said that Quick Heal’s pricing helped them counter strong price competition in the market.

With Quick Heal’s sustained efforts to create market for large Enterprise segment through widening the product portfolio and creating Enterprise partner program, the company stayed focused on the SMB market as well. Quick Heal’s success is largely accounted to its channel extensiveness and the hold on it. The respondents shared that Quick Heal’s channel managers were easily accessible and resolved the issues quickly in time of need.

The Partners shared that they could sell the products easily because of their quick availability, good local support, worthy margins and sanitized market operating price (MOP).

The CRN Channel Champions survey is the largest and most extensive technology integrator market study in the industry, measuring the overall perceptions of vendor products and services by IT Solution Providers. Awards are presented to vendors based on the perception of their Channel partners in the areas of technological satisfaction, support satisfaction and financial benefits.
